Starter
Cold-smoked salmon, prawns and sea cucumber, dill croutons, sour cream, browned butter and seasonal starters.

Main course
Swedish tender prime rib, red wine ragu on bacon, autumn mushrooms, onion, carrot and fresh herbs. As well as potato variation with truffle puree, potato chips, chives and pickled shallots.

Coffee and a Valhrona-chocolate after dinner.

The evening's live entertainment is Mimi Werner, a Swedish country artist who broke through after her participation in Melodifestivalen 2016. She has also collaborated with artists such as Brolle and participated in programs such as Bingolotto, Doobidoo and Melodifestivalen again in 2018.
